We have been using absence.io since 2017 and can't imagine it any other way. For our constantly growing team, which mainly works remotely, virtual monitoring and management of attendance, illness or holidays is essential. Thanks to the interface to Slack, new entries are communicated immediately. So everyone has an overview and can plan agilely and work efficiently.
What tools did you use before?
At the beginning of 2017, we switched directly from the leave application in paper form to the digital uraulaubstool absence.io.
What used to bother you the most?
The enormous amount of paperwork and the fact that for every small leave request, the colleague had to come to the office on site to submit it and sign it, and then have it countersigned by the boss. Since our employees now work all over Germany and Europe, that is unthinkable today.
